Clearaudio's Jubilee MC is the cartridge that lives at the top of their Reference line — the version that makes sense when you've built a turntable setup that deserves a cartridge that won't hold it back. Moving coil design with a nude elliptical stylus on a boron cantilever — boron because it's stiffer than aluminum at a fraction of the mass, which means the cantilever tracks the groove rather than flexing through it.
The cartridge body is precision-machined to the same tolerances Clearaudio applies to their reference turntables — because resonance in the body is resonance in the signal. The generator is wound by hand. Output is low — you'll need a quality MC phono stage — but what that low output represents is a generator with fewer turns and a more direct relationship between stylus movement and signal.
