The Lina DAC was designed specifically for headphone listening — which sounds obvious until you consider that most DACs are designed for speakers and adapted for headphones as an afterthought. The Lina starts from the specific requirements of a high-resolution headphone system and builds from there, using dCS's Ring DAC architecture in a form factor and signal path optimized for the job.
Roon Ready network streaming is built in, which means your music library and streaming services come in over the network without an external streamer. Multiple digital inputs accommodate other sources. The analog output feeds either the Lina Headphone Amplifier directly or a preamplifier or integrated amplifier for speaker listening. It does both jobs without compromise.
