Most people don't know what they're missing. Then they sit down in the right room.
There's a version of home theater where the room disappears and only the film remains. Where the sound isn't coming from speakers — it's coming from everywhere the director intended. Where a quiet scene is actually quiet and an explosion actually moves you.
Most people have never sat in that room. We build it.
From acoustic treatment to projector calibration, from screen sizing to seating position — everything in a Definitive theater is engineered for one outcome: the film, exactly as it was made.

Four projectors. One screen. You decide.
The Barco Heimdall just joined the room.
We've always believed the only way to choose a projector is to watch one. That's why we built a room where you can see the same scene on four of the world's finest residential projectors — back to back, on the same screen. Now one of those projectors is the Barco Heimdall. The finest residential projector we've ever put in this room. Come and see what we mean.
These aren't showrooms. They're someone's Friday night.
Have a look at some of our recently completed dream home theatres.

The Barco Heimdall. We've been waiting for this one.
Twenty-plus years of professional cinema projection technology. One room. Yours. Scott Wallace — Definitive Sales since 2001 — sat down with the Heimdall and came back with a lot to say. Read his full breakdown below.
The Definitive Process

From Vision to Blueprint
It starts with listening. Not to speakers — to you. Your room, your habits, your must-haves. We've been doing this long enough to ask the questions you haven't thought of yet.

Precision Engineering & Flawless Installation
Installation isn't the end of the job. It's where precision matters most. Speaker placement, acoustic treatment, calibration, screen positioning — every seat in the room should be the best seat in the room.

A Theater That Evolves with You
Technology moves. Your theater should move with it. We're your partner after the final install — for upgrades, maintenance, and whatever comes next. This isn't a transaction. It's a relationship.

The Century 22 Dome in San Jose, California, presented the movie with 35mm projection and Dolby Stereo. The opening scene with the starship flying overhead had amazing sound and the roar of the ship was incredible—like nothing the world had ever seen in cinema before. The energy and excitement changed my life and defined how I wanted my movie-watching experiences to be.”
