Ted has been immersed in the world of high-performance audio for nearly three decades. His journey began in 1996 at Magnolia Audio Video, where he started in car stereo before expanding into home audio, theater, and system design—developing a deep understanding of what makes an exceptional listening experience.
In 2021, he joined Definitive, drawn by the company’s commitment to genuine customer relationships, a shared passion for craftsmanship and sound, and the opportunity to work with some of the best HiFi gear available.
Ted’s album, Rock 'n Soul Part 1 by Daryl Hall & John Oates, took on new life when he heard it through a Definitive system for the first time. The clarity and depth transported him back—cruising in his car, radio up, lost in the music. That powerful connection to sound is what fuels his passion every day.

Do you do in home consultations?
Absolutely! We build systems to accommodate the space they are in, so home visits are frequent.
Do you offer service on Products?
We do! If you bought it from us, in many cases we can service still under warranty products in the home, however in rare cases we might need to bring it in for more extensive maintenance.
Do you accept trade-ins toward purchase?
Absolutely. We have an aggressive trade in program aimed at getting our clients to the next level. Ask one or our experts about it or submit your potential trade in gear here.
