The Trinnov Amplitude16 is a next-level power amplifier engineered for the most demanding immersive home theater systems, combining cutting-edge technology, exceptional power handling, and flexible integration features to meet the needs of even the most ambitious installations. With a 3RU chassis housing dual power supplies, each requiring its own 15A AC mains power inlet, the Amplitude16 provides an extraordinary level of performance, capable of delivering up to 3200W of continuous power at 230V with less than 0.1% THD+N, and peak power up to an impressive 6080W with 1% THD+N when all 16 channels are driven simultaneously.

Designed with versatility in mind, the Amplitude16 is a high-powered 16-channel amplifier that can be configured to meet a variety of power requirements across different zones and channels. Each channel is capable of producing 200W at 8 ohms and 400W at 4 ohms in its base configuration. However, the amplifier can be bridged in pairs for maximum performance, increasing the power output to 800W per channel at 8 ohms and over 1,000W per channel at 4 ohms. This bridged mode option is ideal for amplifying the channels with the greatest demands, such as the left, center, and right screen channels, ensuring exceptional audio clarity and depth even in the most dynamic sequences.

For ultimate efficiency in system setup, the Amplitude16 features dual Tascam pinout DB25 connectors for balanced analog input, which eliminates the need for multiple individual XLR connections, offering a more organized, streamlined connection and easier rack dressing. The front panel of the Amplitude16 provides visual feedback with LED indicators that display the operational status of each channel, including normal operation, clipping, protection mode, and bridge status, making system monitoring and troubleshooting more intuitive and accessible.

In terms of integration, the Amplitude16 is designed to complement the Trinnov Altitude processors perfectly, with input level sensitivity that matches the output levels of the Altitude series.
