Vinyl deserves to be played properly. Clearaudio is what properly looks like.
German precision engineering applied to the art of playing records — that’s the Clearaudio philosophy, and we’ve been carrying their turntables, cartridges, and phono electronics for years because they consistently deliver some of the most detailed, dynamic, and musically engaging analog experiences available anywhere.
The Clearaudio range spans from the Concept series — a brilliantly designed, pre-configured entry point into serious analog that’s ready to play straight from the box — through the Performance and Innovation lines, all the way to the extraordinary Statement turntable. Each model reflects Clearaudio’s obsessive attention to materials science, bearing design, and vibration control. Their magnetic bearing technology, found in the upper models, completely eliminates the friction and mechanical noise that conventional turntable designs can’t escape — allowing vastly more musical detail to emerge from the groove.
Clearaudio cartridges and phono stages are among the finest available at every price point they offer. The natural synergy between a Clearaudio table and their own cartridges is remarkable, delivering a coherence that’s hard to match. That said, our team has extensive experience matching Clearaudio tables with cartridges from other leading manufacturers too. Finding the right cartridge for your records, your musical tastes, and your phono stage is an art form — and it’s one we’ve practiced with passion for decades.
Turntable setup is something we take extremely seriously at Definitive. Our technicians bring decades of hands-on experience to every Clearaudio installation — from initial assembly and cartridge mounting to VTA adjustment, tracking force optimization, azimuth alignment, and break-in guidance.
Whether you’re spinning your first record on a serious turntable or upgrading to a reference-grade analog front end, come in and talk vinyl with us.
