Description

Jitter — timing variation in the digital signal — is one of the more difficult problems in digital audio, because its effects are audible long before they become measurable at the threshold most people would think to look. The NazaréFLOW was designed to solve it at the source. Its OCXO master clock operates at 3 parts per billion precision, powered by its own isolated supply, and regenerates the digital signal completely before sending it downstream.

The power supply matches the NazaréNET in specification: custom toroidal transformers, Lundahl inductors, GaN-ARC8 active rectification with 376,000 µF of capacitance, and four DC4 regulation modules co-developed with Dr. Sean Jacobs. A machine built to handle a USB signal with this level of power supply is making a statement about what it believes the signal deserves.

The standard configuration accepts a USB Type-B input and provides a single reclocked USB Type-A output. Optional FLOW modules extend the NazaréFLOW's reach into specific DAC ecosystems: the FLOW ProISL module implements MSB's native ProISL protocol, and the FLOW CH-Link module communicates natively with CH Precision via their proprietary CH-Link interface. Modules for EMMLabs and Soulution are in development. Each implementation goes beyond a generic USB connection — it speaks the DAC's native language.

The chassis is the same asymmetric 10mm CNC-machined aluminum used by the NazaréNET, with SmartStack vibration control on key components and IsoAcoustics isolation feet. At 28 kilograms, this is not a device that apologizes for what it contains. It is a serious piece of engineering for listeners who have arrived at the point where the last few percent matter most.

In addition to great sound, the Innuos Statement allows me to combine streamed files from Tidal or Qobuz with ripped files from my CD collection, in a seamless, fully engineered, self contained system, without the need to use a computer or other external device.  You don't even need to change inputs to switch between the streamer and the server.  It is very convenient and intuitive to use.
