Description

The McIntosh CS7500 is the centerpiece your system has been waiting for. It brings together state-of-the-art streaming and expert preamplification in a single component -- purpose-built for listeners who refuse to compromise on either convenience or fidelity.

At its core is a next-generation Quad Balanced 8-channel 32-bit DAC, delivering expansive dynamic range and extremely low distortion across every source. Twelve analog and digital inputs cover the full range of a serious system: two balanced inputs, three unbalanced, a phono input configurable for Moving Coil or Moving Magnet, two coaxial digital, two optical, a USB that supports native DSD512 and DXD up to 384kHz, and an HDMI (ARC) input that elevates your TV audio well beyond what a soundbar can offer.

Streaming is built in and built right. Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, and TIDAL Connect stream directly to the CS7500 -- bypassing your phone's processing and avoiding unnecessary compression. Your device becomes a remote. The signal stays pure. AirPlay, Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX HD and aptX Adaptive, and Google Cast round out the wireless options. The CS7500 is also Roon Ready and Roon Tested.

On the output side, two pairs of balanced and unbalanced variable outputs, plus a fixed unbalanced output, provide the flexibility to grow your system over time. A dedicated second set of outputs supports a single subwoofer or a stereo pair -- adding depth and authority without complicating the signal path.

What is the warranty on McIntosh Products?

McIntosh Laboratory, Inc. ("McIntosh") warrants to the original owner that this product will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase from an Authorized McIntosh Dealer.
However, certain components have different coverage periods: vacuum tubes are warranted for 90 days, while hard disk drives and projector lamps are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Additionally, where required by applicable state law at the time of purchase, the warranty period may begin on a different date as specified by law.
